- Multi level classes and private instruction available
 - Classes are offered:
- Level 1: intro and gentle
 - Level 2: good physical condition and continued practice
 - Level 3: good physical condition, regular yoga practice, know asanas well
 
 - Consider class levels while choosing your class
 - Practice barefoot with comfortable clothes
 - Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is strongly recommended
 - Don’t eat a large meal 2 hours prior to class
 - Please do not wear heavy cologne, perfumes, essential oils or large jewelry
 - Please inform the instructor of any health concerns BEFORE class begins
 - To maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please arrive on time with cell phones on silent
